If the Chinese TV version of Three Body Problem has whetted your appetite for Asian Sci-Fi, might we draw your attention to the frankly bizarre Japanese TV series from all the way back in 1968 Operation:Mystery! This series was bought by ZDF, the second German channel, who initially thought it was a kids show and put it out in the after school slot. Soon they were inundated with phone calls from angry parents and the show was pulled.
